For
World Wide Publication A Tulsa,
Oklahoma Company has received an invitation from Petioles Mexicanos,
(PEMEX) the National Oil Company of Mexico, to come to Mexico City October
26-28 as guest to present an reevaluation of how some of Mexico's oil
fields would benefit from a new Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology
developed by Dr. Sayavur Bakhtiyarov and his team. Energy
Reclamation LLC (ER,LLC) is the Tulsa, Oklahoma based company that
introduced the Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology ( EOR ) throughout
the World recently in conjunction with a commercialization request to get
this technology implemented to our domestic and boarder friends via Dr.
Sayavur Bakhtiyarov and the U.S. Department of Energy. Dr.
B, as he is know globally, is a foremost expert in EOR Technologies (he
has been involved in the leading EOR research facilities in the World for
several years) ( http://infohost.nmt.edu/~ In
May 2008 Dr. Bakhtiyarov presented a concise, well received, overview of
the technology to The Canadian Oil Institute, also invited, by appointment, was
some of the leading EOR experts in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The
presentation has since been reviewed by many innovative, forward thinking
Oil Companies Worldwide. The New Carbon Dioxide
Flood technology has continued drawing a tremendous amount of
interest in the technology and possible use of applications in certain
mature Oil fields that meet the criteria as a potential candidate. This
EOR Technology has the potential to help Pemex increase the Oil production in
several of Mexico's mature oil fields. The Carbon Dioxide technology was
recognized by Dr. Rodolfo G. Camacho Velázquez, Manager of
the Office for Technical
Production Coordination Activities for
PEMEX Exploración y Producción (PEP) as the type of future technology that
could be one solution to the stabilization and possible
production increase is some of Mexico's mature oil fields. After
the unveiling of the true reward potential of this technology and after
several months of intense negotiations, Global Technology Transfer, Inc, a
Nevada Corporation,( GTTi ) has gained the exclusive Global licensing rights
from ER LLC to negotiate and offer applications for this EOR ISGGT
Technology. The
Trade name designation of this technology is ISGGT ( In-Situ Gas
Generating Technology) which is a proprietary process technology protected
by several trade secrets.
The
ISGGT CO2 Flood has proven to be what maybe considered a “Game Changer”
as an EOR Technology to extend the production life of certain “Mature and
Overmature” oil fields. This was also recognized by the Pemex's
Contractor,
Grupo DIAVAZ, S.A. de C.CZ.'s
Ing. Ildefonso Aguilar Bueno of the Commercialization & New
Business Development department, which has a meeting with ER LLC immediately
following the Pemex meeting to discuss how best to implement the application of
the ISGGT Technolgy immediately.
Mike
Morrisett, President of GTTi, said in an interview: “We had asked all
participants to not discuss the on going negotiations until the agreement was
reached. Now that the License is in place we want the industry to know about
the agreement. This may be the best cost effective opportunity for
recovering oil from certain declining mature fields that has no Co2
pipeline source for remote oil fields and may benefit from the ISGGT
in-expensive approach. We are very excited about the ability of Dr. Rodolfo
Comacho Velazuez to recognize the potential value of this ISGGT process for
Mexico.” We look forward for his analytical decision as to how best to proceed
on the way forward. In
an interview with Dr Bakhtiyarov, he was quoted as saying that his recent
trip to the Former Soviet Union
to strategize with his associates on recent production data from previous
applications from this process was very impressive and encouraging for the
expansion for Global applications in diverse oil fields and in fact
very exciting. Dr.
Bakhtiyarov lead the team back to China
September 25 through Mid October for an application in a different type
structured mature Chinese Oil Field. The Chinese government is not disclosing
the terms of the contract publicly but is well pleased from the initial
applications in the Zhongyan Oil Field test during 2005 and is wanting to prove
out the ISGGT technology in other types of Chinese Mature Oil
Field production in declining situations.
